Yeti Cohosting was built by real estate operators who understand what it takes to succeed in this market.

My name is Ken Dailey, and alongside my wife Danielle, I co-own and operate Yeti Cohosting. Together, we bring over 25 years of combined experience across real estate valuation, property operations, asset optimization, and short-term rental investing in high-barrier mountain markets.

We have lived and invested in the Truckee–North Lake Tahoe region for over two decades and remain deeply embedded in the local real estate, construction, and investment community.

Real Estate First. Hospitality Executed at the Highest Level.

Before launching Yeti Cohosting, Danielle and I worked in real estate valuation and analytics, advising on property performance, market trends, and asset positioning. That background shaped how we think about short-term rentals: not as “listings,” but as income-producing real estate assets.

Yeti Cohosting was intentionally designed to sit at the intersection of:

  • Real estate investing
  • Design and experience strategy
  • Technology-driven revenue optimization
  • Institutional-grade operations

This perspective is what separates us from traditional property managers and transactional co-hosting companies.

A Long-Term Partner, Not a Vendor

We don’t aim to be the biggest company in Tahoe. We aim to be the most effective partner for owners who want to do this the right way.

If you’re evaluating how to:

  • Build a standout STR
  • Protect a high-value property
  • Compete in an increasingly crowded market
  • Maximize both income and tax efficiency

We’d be honored to have that conversation.

We work with homeowners in the Truckee-North Tahoe area, including Tahoe Donner, Donner Lake, Sierra Meadows, Grays Crossing, Northstar, Palisades, Alpine Meadows, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Kingswood, and more.
