Who We Are

My name is Ken Dailey. My wife Danielle and I are the co-owners of Yeti Cohosting. We’ve lived in the Truckee-North Tahoe area for the last 20 years, and we launched our business in the summer of 2017.

Dani and I met while working for a real estate valuation firm in Truckee in 2012. We decided we wanted to start a business from what we learned while working at Clear Capital. We also had experience in cleaning and taking care of homes in the Telluride, Reno, and Incline Village areas. We’d worked there in our 20s while pursuing degrees.

Why We Launched Yeti Cohosting

The boom of Airbnb and VRBO created a void in property management. Traditional, local brick-and-mortar properties weren’t handling properties with the same efficiency online platforms could provide, but online platforms weren’t offering the same level of white-glove service and care.

We knew there was a better way.
