Amenities include air conditioning, 4-zone HVAC central heating, 2 gas fireplaces, salt water 2-person hot tub, large outdoor front deck, patio area fire pit (use restrictions based on the fire season and high-risk months), bocce court, grass yard, comfortable outdoor furniture, chairlift swing, and views of Northstar from top of the property! Dog-friendly: we allow a dog with a crate for a $300 fee.

Mountain modern newly remodeled home. 4 bedroom 2.5 bath, large common area with open concept kitchen. Resort-like amenities. Private and centrally located in Truckee.
Guest access
Guests will be able to use the entire property minus the garage and two locked storage closets. We boast a bocce court, large flat grass area, patio lounging area and fire pit (used only during non-fire danger months and turned on by owner at request during scheduled times). Large sun-filled deck with a 2 person saltwater hot tub for soaking.
We provide parking for 4 large cars, SUVs or trucks. Boat parking is available in the summer months.
