We had a good stay at this place in Lake Tahoe. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfect. The location couldn’t be better, close to the lake, quiet and peaceful. Ken was an amazing host: responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay.
I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe!

This house in King’s Beach was great. The location was perfect for a weekend ski trip in Tahoe. We were a 10 minute drive from northstar for skiing and close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc in King’s Beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the lake were amazing. Ken provided us with clear instructions to make check in and check out easy.

What a gem of a property! Perfectly located in a quiet hillside community with quick car access to King’s Beach, this lovely cabin is tastefully decorated and comfortable with a beautiful wooded view of the lake. So close to the bounty of North Tahoe with ski resorts close via TART or car and Nevada less than three minutes away.

The cabin has plenty of room for families and couples to relax and spread out within the living room or the three bedrooms and on the deck. Do note that the driveway is a little steep and you should certainly have AWD in the wintertime, but that should be a given in this region. Warm up by the fireplace to watch the large TV, outside to soak in the lux hot tub or gather around the dinner table to enjoy a meal. Kitchen has all of what you need to prepare a delicious meal and a lovely assortment of spices. Bathrooms were well equipped and beds were super comfortable.

Ken and co communicated very well and thoroughly! Great recommendations as well!

We enjoyed this place! we stayed from the 5th to the 10th of April 2026. We asked for early check in and Ken gave us early access! which we were very grateful for. The place has a very beautiful view from the hot tub and the master room, we loved it! This place has everything we need except for a microwave, I didn’t read the amenities well, so we cooked our popcorn in a pan. The location is near to convenient stores and ski resorts, we really enjoyed the location to go for quick drives and shop for groceries and souvenirs. The only thing that I would’ve liked was to read properly before booking is check out and check in hours, because check out is very early:10:00am. Which was very inconvenient to us since it limited our time to make breakfast, prepare our luggage, and comply with Airbnb rules like dishes, trash, and etc. Hope this would change.
