We had a good stay at this place in Lake Tahoe. The home was spotless, cozy, and perfect. The location couldn’t be better, close to the lake, quiet and peaceful. Ken was an amazing host: responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay.
I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe!

This house in King’s Beach was great. The location was perfect for a weekend ski trip in Tahoe. We were a 10 minute drive from northstar for skiing and close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc in King’s Beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the lake were amazing. Ken provided us with clear instructions to make check in and check out easy.

What a gem of a property! Perfectly located in a quiet hillside community with quick car access to King’s Beach, this lovely cabin is tastefully decorated and comfortable with a beautiful wooded view of the lake. So close to the bounty of North Tahoe with ski resorts close via TART or car and Nevada less than three minutes away.

The cabin has plenty of room for families and couples to relax and spread out within the living room or the three bedrooms and on the deck. Do note that the driveway is a little steep and you should certainly have AWD in the wintertime, but that should be a given in this region. Warm up by the fireplace to watch the large TV, outside to soak in the lux hot tub or gather around the dinner table to enjoy a meal. Kitchen has all of what you need to prepare a delicious meal and a lovely assortment of spices. Bathrooms were well equipped and beds were super comfortable.

Ken and co communicated very well and thoroughly! Great recommendations as well!

We enjoyed this place! we stayed from the 5th to the 10th of April 2026. We asked for early check in and Ken gave us early access! which we were very grateful for. The place has a very beautiful view from the hot tub and the master room, we loved it! This place has everything we need except for a microwave, I didn’t read the amenities well, so we cooked our popcorn in a pan. The location is near to convenient stores and ski resorts, we really enjoyed the location to go for quick drives and shop for groceries and souvenirs. The only thing that I would’ve liked was to read properly before booking is check out and check in hours, because check out is very early:10:00am. Which was very inconvenient to us since it limited our time to make breakfast, prepare our luggage, and comply with Airbnb rules like dishes, trash, and etc. Hope this would change. Our stay at Ken’s place was fantastic. The home was well maintained and had a beautiful view. After spending most of the day out and about, it was great to come back to a comfortable home with all the amenities to make our stay relaxing. We loved spending evenings in the hot tub watching the sunset or in the morning with a cup of coffee. The beds were very comfortable which most places tend to cut corners on. We appreciated having recommendations in advance for excursions and restaurants which allowed us to properly plan and make the most out of our trip. We will most certainly try to reserve for a future trip.

Great stay in Kings Beach right on Lake Tahoe! The house had a really thoughtful layout, easy flow between rooms and plenty of space for our group to spread out without feeling cramped. Our favorite spot was the outside deck, perfect for entertaining with an incredible view overlooking the lake. We spent most evenings out there enjoying the sunset and the lake breeze.

The location was ideal for exploring Kings Beach and the surrounding area, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Tahoe getaway with a view that doesn’t disappoint.

This is a great location for a short getaway. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and made sure we had everything we needed. We visited during a heatwave and so the only downside was no AC which we did not even think would be a problem. I would imagine that 90% of the time it’s not needed in Tahoe so this was an outlier. There were plenty of fans to help with this but keep in mind if you are heat intolerant it could be difficult. The beds were super comfortable and the house was spotless. Lovely views from the deck.

Kings Beach is a great location if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is within driving distance to all of Lake Tahoe. We spent the majority of our time on day adventures and it was nice to come back and relax in the hot tub and enjoy the nice quiet nights.

Place was beautiful and the pictures of the lake don’t do it justice. Driveway is a bit steep so anyone with a small car may have trouble but we had 2 SUVs and had a good system for parking and made it work. Place is quiet and cool and perfect for what we needed it for.

This Kings Beach lake-view cabin was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in—definitely 5 stars!

The home was absolutely squeaky clean, including the outdoor furniture! We have stayed at many Tahoe Airbnbs, and we have never found the outdoor furniture to be completely free of dust and pollen. What a wonderful surprise that was!

The entire home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Ken was a superb host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. And the Tahoe lake view was simply awesome—so peaceful and beautiful.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this wonderful cabin!

This is a lovely house near Kings Beach & Incline Village. Unfortunately, we had some plumbing issues, but the host was easy to reach and had a plumber in the house within the hour and got the problem resolved. The host was great. Even with the issue we had, we’d stay here again. The house was comfortable and clean. And the hot tub was fabulous.
