Just outside the front door, there is a private storage locker with a secure digital lock, perfect for storing ski gear, snowboards, bikes, or beach equipment after a day outdoors.The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, and groups looking for a well-appointed and centrally located stay.Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with brand systems and modern finishes throughout, including a new HVAC system (central heat only), a new water heater, and all new appliances.The kitchen is designed for both functionality and enjoyment, featuring a brand new electric stove and range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. *Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours daily from 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and the community.
*Bear Safety: You are in active bear country. All trash must be taken to the dumpster in the parking lot daily — never left outside or on the decks. Do not leave any food in your vehicle, on the decks, or anywhere outside the condo. This is not just a courtesy rule; it’s a safety requirement for you, your neighbors, and the bears.
