The is a spacious 3-story condo with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, total 1,660 sqft. The community has a shared tennis court, year-around hot tub, and seasonal pool. Dedicated parking spot under the building and guest parking area.
It is within 2 miles (3 mins drive) to Palisades Tahoe (Olympic Valley base) lift access, 5 miles to Lake Tahoe beach. Free shuttle is available during the winter season to Palisades Tahoe Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows bases. It’s also close to Northstar California ski resort.
The space
The lower level: 1 spacious bedroom with one queen and 1 bunk bed (two twins) with 1 full bath.
The middle level: The main floor with a full kitchen and a half bath. A full size sofa bed is available on this level in the living room.
The upper level: Two spacious bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bath with separate vanity for each bedroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin bed.
Other things to note
Free shuttle to Palisades Tahoe Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resort bases during ski season.

• If someone needs to get from Palisades Tahoe to Alpine or vice versa that is done via the Olympic Valley Alpine Express Shuttle; runs every half-hour between the ski resorts 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, 7 days a week
