Pinnacle Loop sits at one of the most coveted positions in all of Tahoe Donner — perched high on the eastern edge of the community where the views open up dramatically across the Carson Range and Martis Valley. This is not a canyon lot or a tree-blocked setting. From this elevation you get the kind of wide, unobstructed Sierra panorama that most Tahoe Donner homes can’t offer.
Tahoe Donner itself is one of California’s largest private resort communities, encompassing over 7,500 acres in the Sierra Nevada north of Truckee. As a guest, you have access to an exceptional range of amenities right out the door — the cross-country ski and trail center is a short walk away, with miles of groomed winter trails and summer hiking and mountain biking. The downhill ski area and the newly renovated Lodge restaurant are just minutes by car, making both a powder morning and a casual dinner seamlessly easy.
The equestrian center, tennis courts, pool, and golf at Coyote Moon round out what is genuinely a four-season resort community. Downtown Truckee’s restaurants, shops, and Amtrak station are about 10 minutes away, and you’re well-positioned as a jumping-off point for Northstar, Palisades, Donner Lake, and Kings Beach on the North Shore.

Your stay includes guest passes that unlock access to exclusive facilities—a significant benefit not offered by many local rentals. How It Works: Each pass admits one guest (age 3+) per day. Up to six guests max from your group may use the amenities on the same day. If your group is larger, please contact us before arrival to make arrangements with preregistration through the owners portal fees apply to book in advance. Daily Fees: Access is subject to a daily fee paid directly to Tahoe Donner. Fees are subject to change by the association.
