The space

This is not your average Tahoe Donner cabin. From the moment you walk in, the full top-to-bottom renovation is unmistakable — clean lines, bright white finishes, and high-end touches at every turn across three levels of thoughtfully designed living space. The home sleeps 10 comfortably on premium mattresses in four bedrooms with a mix of king and twin configurations, supported by three full bathrooms with the same sleek, modern aesthetic that runs throughout the property.Step out onto the deck and take in 180-degree panoramic views of the Martis Valley — one of the most expansive and unspoiled vistas in the Truckee area. Morning coffee hits different up here.
This home was designed with recovery and restoration in mind. Unwind in the private hot tub, push your limits in the cold plunge, and finish in the cedar sauna. Whether you’re coming off a ski day, a mountain bike ride, or just need to decompress, the wellness setup here is genuinely exceptional — not an afterthought. The home runs on solar power, keeping your footprint light without sacrificing a single comfort. An EV charger handles your electric vehicle, and smart home technology keeps everything dialed in — climate, lighting, and more — from your phone. Central heat and AC ensure the temperature is exactly where you want it year-round. A gas fireplace anchors the living space for cozy evenings in. The kitchen is outfitted with an espresso machine for slow mornings, and the 2-car garage keeps your gear and vehicles organized. This is a home that was built to perform as well as it looks.

Things To know

Where you’ll be

Truckee, California, United States

Pinnacle Loop sits at one of the most coveted positions in all of Tahoe Donner — perched high on the eastern edge of the community where the views open up dramatically across the Carson Range and Martis Valley. This is not a canyon lot or a tree-blocked setting. From this elevation you get the kind of wide, unobstructed Sierra panorama that most Tahoe Donner homes can’t offer.
Tahoe Donner itself is one of California’s largest private resort communities, encompassing over 7,500 acres in the Sierra Nevada north of Truckee. As a guest, you have access to an exceptional range of amenities right out the door — the cross-country ski and trail center is a short walk away, with miles of groomed winter trails and summer hiking and mountain biking. The downhill ski area and the newly renovated Lodge restaurant are just minutes by car, making both a powder morning and a casual dinner seamlessly easy.
The equestrian center, tennis courts, pool, and golf at Coyote Moon round out what is genuinely a four-season resort community. Downtown Truckee’s restaurants, shops, and Amtrak station are about 10 minutes away, and you’re well-positioned as a jumping-off point for Northstar, Palisades, Donner Lake, and Kings Beach on the North Shore.
