Beautiful Lake Tahoe House!

Well-appointed 4 bed, 3 bath King’s Beach house surrounded by pine trees with sweeping views of Lake Tahoe. Sleep on one of three brand new Cal King beds, feel the hydronic heat keep your toes warm, soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake, sink into the comfy couch in the second living room while you watch a movie on the 55” 4K TV, or cozy up to the fireplace with a glass of wine.

The space

This home is the perfect place to entertain with a remodeled kitchen boasting top-of-the-line appliances and fully equipped to whip up a family meal. There’s plenty of room to gather in either of the two decks or living rooms, but plenty of privacy inside each of the four bedrooms including two master suites with recently updated showers. There is a two-car garage and room for two additional cars to park in front of the garage.

While it is perfectly positioned for your Tahoe adventures, we also invite you to spend more time than you had expected relaxing in our beautiful home.

Cody’s house was a great house for our two families. There are 2 bd rooms on the main level and two bd rooms on the 2nd level, the 3 baths was a huge bonus as well, which made it great for each family to have their own space during our stay. The top level had a great kitchen, you could walk out to the top deck from the kitchen, which had great views of the Lake Tahoe. This also allowed us to have almost all our meals on the deck overlooking Lake Tahoe. On the 2nd level, there’s another entertainment space and a hot tub. This gave us plenty of space for the kids (or all of us) to be downstairs watching movies or playing games. Another great aspect of this house is that, we had access to the 2 car garage, which allowed us to store bikes, paddle boards, beach stuff etc. We would definitely stay here again.


We stayed at Cody’s place for a weekend ski trip. It was a perfect space for 8 ppl, particularly for the price. We were able to make it to Palisades for time on the slopes each day. Highlights included the very clean hot tub, and lots of great restaurants, bars, and breweries nearby in crystal cove and kings beach. There’s even a casino 5 minutes away. Would rent again!


Cody was very kind, responsive, and helpful with any of our needs or concerns. The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a fun place to rest after a day on the mountain!
